Custom XGN15-24 type AC high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride ring main switchgear Suppliers, Exporter

The XGN15-24 AC High-voltage SF₆ Ring Main Unit (RMU) is a new high-voltage electrical product developed by Daya Electric Group, incorporating advanced foreign technologies and tailored to domestic power grid and urban network renovation needs.

Having passed rigorous type tests and long-term trial operations, all its technical performance indicators fully meet national standards. The main switch, operating mechanism and components of the unit cabinet adopt the group’s self-produced FLN36-24 SF₆ switchgear, available in manual and electric operation modes.

Fabricated by riveting aluzinc-coated steel sheets processed via CNC machine tools, the cabinet features reliable mechanical interlocks and misoperation prevention functions. Boasting compact size, light weight, aesthetic appearance, easy operation, long service life, high parameters, pollution-free operation and minimal maintenance, the product is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential quarters, schools, etc., for 24kV power distribution system ring network and terminal power distribution.

Internally fitted with an SF₆ load switch or a combined SF₆ load switch-fuse unit, it can close and break rated load current, close rated short-circuit current and break transformer no-load current. The combined unit, paired with fuses, can break 31.5kA short-circuit current in one go, performing control and protection roles in power systems.

Product Description

Operating Environmental Conditions

01. Altitude: Not exceeding 2500 m
02. Ambient Temperature: Upper limit +40°C; Lower limit -5°C
03. Relative Humidity: Daily average value not greater than 85% (at +25°C)
04. Vibration & Inclination: No violent vibration or jolting; Vertical inclination shall not exceed 5 degrees
05. Environmental Conditions: Hazardous locations where explosions may occur are prohibited

Note: If the above normal operating conditions are exceeded, users may negotiate with the manufacturer for confirmation.

Product Structure

The unit-type SF₆ ring main unit is composed of four primary functional compartments:

1. Busbar Compartment: Located at the upper part of the cabinet. Inside it, the main busbars are interconnected and run through the entire row of switch cabinets.
2. Load Switch: An SF₆ load switch (model FLN36 or FLN56) is installed. The switch housing is cast from epoxy resin and filled with SF₆ gas as the insulating medium, including an observation hole. Gas density gauges or relays with alarm contacts can be installed upon request.
3. Cable Compartment: Equipped with a generous space for cable connection, allowing single-core or three-core cables via non-shielded terminals. It accommodates lightning arresters, current transformers, and earthing switches. The cabinet door includes an observation window and safety interlocking device.
4. Operating Mechanism & Control: Houses a spring-operated mechanism with position indicators and mechanical interlocking. Features options for auxiliary contacts, trip coils, capacitive live-line indicators, and electric operation devices.

Key Advantages

This unit-type ring main unit features a cabinet body assembled by riveting aluzinc-coated steel sheets processed via CNC machine tools. Compared with traditional products, it boasts a more aesthetic appearance, a sturdier cabinet structure, and significantly more stable performance.
